HD Supply Facilities Maintenance aimed to Release their SAP version 1.0 which included testing of 50 odd reports from the modules FI, OTC and MM (to name a few). The client gave the Production Support responsibility after the successful Go-Live of the Release phase.

·   Developed tool for Top Line Budgeting using Integrated Planning which involved creating Aggregation Levels and Planning Layouts for the Revenue Estimation.

·               Developed Cost Collection tool for the GSAP BW Application and database Management team in BW-BPS.

·               Worked on Class builders in Web Layouts and various other Function Modules for various validations and slicing-unslicing of data.

Worked on developments in Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, rows of ‘Finance’ module.

The Project aimed to calculate the Product Costing of the API and Formulations Pharmaceutical products using the BI BPS Tool.

 

Responsibilities:

·               Understanding the detailed Process of the Product Costing by daily discussions with the client during the Blue printing Phase and to prepare Functional Specs Document based on that.

·               Working on Data modeling for the whole process including the Infocube design, Infosources, Info objects, Update Rules (along with the Routines), Transfer Rules, and Aggregations etc.

·               Developing the whole Costing Solution by using BW-BPS, this included working with Transactional Info Cubes, Variables, Manual Planning, Planning Levels, Planning, Packages, Formula Extension (FOX) and Global Planning Sequences.

·               Transporting all BW-BPS objects from Development to Production and Process chains to automatically load data into the Infocubes and switching of cubes.

·               Working on reporting by using OLAP tools like Business Explorer Analyzer, Query designing, calculated and restricted Key figures.
